#AskTheExpert iam using formula milk for my twin baby's . my baby's suffering with gas pain .how to control gas pain

Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas.
To relive gases pain ,Apply hing paste around navel Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. And leg folding exercise.
Do regular massage.

Bonnisan Can be given to the child five drops you can use at a point of time four times in a day also I would advise you since your kids 100% on formula you add some fennel seeds to the water that you boil for making formula because that’s going to keep the stomach of the child cool and will avoid gas and colic issues
