#AskTheExpert I wish to start formula for my baby, she is turning 4 months now. How many times I can give her formula in a day with breastfeeding and how much should be the quantity of one feed

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
