#AskTheExpert I will be traveling Goa with my 18 month old which milk should I use as cow milk might not be available while traveling.... please suggest.

A. hello you can but Nandini flavored milk or slim milk which can be given directly.. flavored milk can be given occasionally.. and you can replace milk with other food products for some days or even carry infant formula milk whch also would be safe
