Q.

#AskTheExpert I was exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months..and started formula now cause i need to resume work..i give it once a day ..but i read formula has sugar which ideally is to be avoided until a year... So wondering do i continue formula..or stick to feeding her morning+ through the night and solids other times

A. express breast milk and give with spoon Start weaning foods by 6 month of age start with basic fruit purees like apple banana purees add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration

If you still have a doubt about it then I will say just you to talk to a lactation specialist or your paediatrician I’m sure they will be able to clear all your doubts in a better manner and then mentally you’ll be more sorted to take the decision whether you want to go ahead with a not I can completely understand your concern as a mother but it is completely safe to be given but still I advised to talk to your doctor ones
