A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply and nutrition. Roasted makhana, jeera and saunf are also good. Better to consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
