#asktheexpert I want to know...Which food I prefer to my baby for healthier growth of him?

A. For healthy growth of your baby, give homemade food. You can give porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed baby.
