ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Hello dear Start taking folic acid medications right away as it is advisable to take them 3 months before you conceive. Track your ovulation and have inter course 3 days before and 3 days after the ovulation day making sure that you do it on the day of ovulation
