#AskTheExpert i think flow of my milk is not sufficient to feed my baby...how can I increase the flow.?

A. hi mom have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk have shatavari powder in milk and drink

A. increase ur water intake. have fiber rich diet with more veggies and fruits. take more greeny. be relaxed
