#AskTheExpert I stopped breast feeding to my 20 months old boy due to insufficient milk. now I am working from home and want to start breast feeding by taking lactose suppliment s. please suggest it will work now or not. because since his 13th month i stopped breast feeding.

Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
