Q.

#asktheexpert I still seem 5 month pregnant even 4 months postpartum. have a bulging and hard belly above naval. what should I do to come back to shape? Also am experiencing a lot of body aches. how can i overcome this?

A. Joint pains will be there and they may continue for a couple of years also. Slight stretching exercises might help. As far as the belly is concerned if you had a vaginal delivery then you can start doing abdominal exercises.if you had a surgery do them after 6 months of surgery Write Your Answer Here
