Q.

#asktheexpert I seem to develop diastasis recto post pregnancy. Its been 1 month 2 weeks I have delivered. Should I hive some more to see if it heals by itself or should I consult some doctor? If yes which doctor should I consult a Gynic or a physio? Please help

A. You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly. you don't need to apply any home remedies for that
