#asktheexpert I saw some white particulates substance near vagina of my 1 month baby girl. please help me if I need to clean it and how ?

A. You can use a baby, safe, wet wipes, and after the baby has passed motion or urine you can use the wet wipes to clean anteriorly near the vulval area and you can remove the dirt
