Porridge Khichadi mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup fruits quinoa or Suji ragi Paneer cheese curd you can give all these things to the child from the very beginning itself just make sure the food is in semisolid consistency and introduce good amount of water as well
