SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. see to that you try to include ginger to daily food. Also you can have ginger juice. Jeera water will relieve to some extent. Also have lemon water with a pinch of baking soda. Have warm water thorought the day. Have jeera water thoroughout the day. It's safe to consume and would intanly relieve.
