#asktheexpert I'm not able to stop breastfeeding please help me how should I do evn one feed a day also she is crying so much then I feed her

You should introduce a complimentary feeding to the child once you do that slowly once your child gets used to it you can quit onto your breastfeeding don’t try to give feeding bottles and all because the childhood know what you doing so give fruit milkshake smoothies with the help of a cup or a glass where you can give it with straw instead of a regular cup or class be when you want to deal with the child
