#AskTheExpert i m mother of 1 year 3 month baby boy, i want to stop breast feeding. is it okay to stop? and is there any proper way to stop feeding.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes it is ok. but it would be best to prefer gradual weaning. because breastmilk is not only food for a child,it provides comfort and security too. so start making feeding sessions short gradually. offer food before you ask for feeding. set consistent mealtimes for your child. so it would be easy for a child to adjust with new timetable.
