#AskTheExpert I'm giving formula milk to my 9 months old baby from what age i can start cow milk as I don't want to go so far with formula milk

Write Your Answer HereDear Mom ) as per doctors it should be started one year onwards but many mothers start it earlier also because there is no harm in giving cows milk as it is easy for the digestion it is lighter in form and a full powerhouse of a healthy nutrition
