A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can take vegetable juice and fruit juices. Also, you can take vegetable soup and salad. Easy include fresh fruits and dry fruits in your daily diet. Avoid maida and oily food items. Please take the repro like milk and cheese, and paneer. Thanks and take care
