Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. take healthy and well blanaced diet. it is best to take green leafy vegetables, beetroot , jeggary and dates. along with that, please take citrus fruits more it will help in good absorption of iron.
