#AskTheExpert I'm 4 months old Mother, my baby is only take formula milk, she doesn't suck my breast milk, I think my milk is not getting full to her. How to increase my breast milk?

A. Hi dear mom The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Have lactonic granules with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. Include garlic, dill seeds, raw papaya, oats, jeera etc in ur diet to increase bm
