#asktheexpert I'm 36 weeks 4 days pregnant and my AF level reduced from 11.6 to 8.2 within 3 weeks. I have stage I IUGR and now my baby's weight is 2.220 +-300. is there still any possibility to increase both FW and AF level ? Are there any other complications that I will face? is there still possible for vaginal delivery

Namaste Mam, fluid can be increased by increasing your fluid intake , so you do get granules specialised for this condition that your gync would have recommended , you can mix in water and take , apart from.that other fluid sources such as coconut water , juicy fruits , vegetable soups , dals etc
