#asktheexpert I m 30weeks pregnant and suffering from itchy, cracked and flacky areola and nipple. Please help

A. hello you can apply your coconut oil which can help and make sure it is not very dry or you can even apply nipple butter cream which is effective and any concern you may check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly or nothing to worry
