#AskTheExpert I'm 28 weeks pregnant now how to ease pelvic girdle pain? it hurts a lot in left groin region while I stand from sitting position and while I start walking..

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
