Try using a c or u shaped pillow so that it supports your back while sleeping on sides and also when sleeping on the back.
This happens due to the pregnancy changes

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
