Everybody looks equally pregnant after a delivery when it is C section or a normal delivery but right now you cannot do anything to lose on the weight because your child is completely dependent on you in the first place plus till the time you C-section stitches do not heal completely you cannot think of working out a dieting so currently I would say eat well and sit well and once your stitches heal completely then you go for workout and dieting want to quit breastfeeding the childWrite Your Answer Here
