#AskTheExpert I have twins baby girl of 4 months, till now my wife giving her milk but now due to summer it's difficult to feed. so can we start giving water and powder milk or cow milk ? and if we can start giving such things what else should we give and how to start it ?

A. in summer season to breastfeeding mother should take care of hydration if breastfeeding and should drink plenty of water juices coconut water milk throughout the day for a good breast milk production
