#asktheexpert I have twins 10 months old baby boys. They are pre- mature babies. They are not identical. They didn't take my feed. since birth, they took formula milk. will it effect thier immunity system or brain. kindly suggest. This question is for both babies Advik and Adwait.

Though the formula is full of nutritions , Breast milk is the best food for any baby
Formula should not be used when your BM supply is very good.
One should try to improve BM rather then giving babies formula
Formula sometimes cause constipation as well
