#AskTheExpert I have tremendous back and neck pain due to feeding and care giving to the baby. please suggest me a solution.

A. Make sure that u r taking the calcium supplements given by ur doctor. Also while feeding try using a feeding pillow. Sit in a comfortable chair use the feeding pillow to feed ur baby. Also if u had c section u can use maternity belt.
