#asktheexpert I have suffering from hair fall and dandruff problem. What is the solution for those problems?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role.bv Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone . A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
