#asktheexpert I have started spinach in my baby’s diet. Can spinach cause loose motion? As my baby is doing more of blowouts and liquid motion than usual.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. spinach can be given only in small quantities initially and slowly you can increase the quantity when the baby has started accepting the vegetable properly you should always introduce any food item like this
