#asktheexpert I have seen my son to one of the pediatrician and he said my son is anaemic. can you please tell me which type of food I have to give to my son so that he can become iron indefficient

A. Looks initially I would also recommend you that you should definitely take iron supplement for the child other than that second I’m going to advise you to give beetroot and pomegranate every day without any fail and then try to include more of green leafy vegetables you can give black rice jaggery Fox nuts and broccoli these things are highly rich to be given to the child
