AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please massage your legs with coconut oil and almond oil. Also do atleast thirty minutes walk on daily basis. You can do pre natal yoga but only under the guidance of a profess yoga teacher.
