A. hi yes mam, you can try different feeding positions like cradle position, football position, recliner position etc prefer any of them ,in which you both - you and your child feel comfortable. but make sure the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered by your child mouth while feeding. you can ask help from your family member while feeding your child. or use breastfeeding pillow for this.
