#AskTheExpert I have irregular period, want to conceive.. please help me calculate the ovulation date of cycle. For the ovulation period.

A. You can calculate your ovalution time using ovalution kit or tools?The Best Is to refer with your doctor

A. The best way could be to get an ovulation kit from the medical store and use it as prescribed on the pack. This test will indicate when u r ovulating. Based on this u can try conceiving on these days.
