Q.

#Asktheexpert I have had a vaccum assisted vaginal delivery, but 5 months postpartum I still have minimal stress incontinence when I sneeze.I am doing kegels 10-20 times per day.a will it resolve or anything else to be done?

A. hi better to visit your gynecologist as he or she can guide you right after examining your health. please take Healthy and well blanaced diet keep your self well hydrated. yes ,kegal exercise can help to strengthen the weakn muscles. so do it if your gynecologist permit.
