#AskTheExpert I have got viral cold and flu and have been suggested by doctor to take Azithromycin alongwith other medicines. I'm still breastfeeding my daughter. is it ok if I take this medication?does it have any adverse effect on my daughter?

A. yes but don't take antibiotics without completing a proper course and also antibiotics and never indicated in every normal cold so do not start every time antibiotics on your own or you might become resistant
