Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. viral fever can occur in children anytime before 5 years of age and it is very common and then they develop and immunity and after that viral infection decreases. do not worry about it and give paracetamol a should improve in next two or three days
