#AskTheExpert I have girl baby of one year her name is pehal she is not able to digest the food and Wat ever she eats gets vomited from past 2days

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom could be that the child is having some tummy issues , don’t force her to eat if she is not willing to . Give her some fruits like pomegranate with some black salt of citrus fruits , lemon water , coconut water etc .. soups , mild flavoured and easy to digest foods such as Upma C idli , porridge, kichidi , Dalia etc
