#AskTheExpert I have delivered baby in mid October 2020. But my belly is still looks like I am 5-6 months pregnant. Please suggest some exercise or solution to this

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. drink lukewarm water.. reduce your sugar and fat intake.. as you are a breastfeeding mom then you can start dieting and exercise routine after six months

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Surya namaskar, prnayaam will help to reduce the belly fat. U can also do abs and crunches to reduce your belly fat. Take care
