#AskTheExpert I have delivered baby 8 days back. I am not getting enough milk for my baby. When my baby try to take milk, bcz of low production baby is crying. Currently I am pumping milk what ever I am getting in a bottle and remaining qty giving formula milk. Kindly let me know how to increase milk production. I am using WantoLact capsule and Lactocare powder in milk.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet.
