Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes u can feed. The baby will get the needed antibodies to fight such infections from ur Breastmilk. Take adequate care to maintain hygiene while handling the baby. If u r reluctant to feed directly u may express the milk and ask someone else to feed.
