Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. at the age of 3 if the child is having bow legs then it is not normal and you will have to meet the doctor to rule out vitamin D deficiency and also you may have to go for x-ray if needed to Rul out rickets
