#AskTheExpert I have a baby of 2months .. from someday I get very hard stool n evn it's painful...any solution

A. ye snow so. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .
