Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi For a 7 month old baby, you can give dal water, rice water, vegetable soup . along with Breastfeeding . This can be changed after 15 days where soft solids like upma, sheera, soft idli, chilla can be given.
