#asktheexpert I have 10months baby.. my question is from when can we give them curd, egg and cow milk.. she sits with support.

A. yes, cam give curd n egg yellow now.. cow milk is adviced ti start after 1 year of age, till tgan gi e bm or fm along with semi solids meals.
