Q.

#asktheexpert I had to feed my baby formula milk only, for around 2 weeks then I could feed her breast milk and still the quality and production is low. My baby is not satisfied with breastfeeding and only calms down with formula...What to do now to reduce the intake of formula milk?

A. You can only reduce the intake of milk when you start producing good milk for the child and good amount of milk so try taking a good lactation supplement plenty of fluids and proteins in the diet that is going to be good if it helps in increasing your lactation then nothing like it otherwise it is going to be like this only you start giving breastfeeding and then compensate further with formula milk this week you’ll be able to feed your child continuously
