#asktheexpert I had placenta separation in the first month of pregnancy. Blood also came out with it, it got cured with treatment, but the latest USG still shows blood. Will it affect my baby?

A. rest. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child

A. hi it happens in two cases first ,it can be result of healing process, I mean the blood can be a part of the normal healing process as body repairs the area where the placenta was attached. or second, it might happen that placenta may not have been completely separated and leading to bleeding so it's important to consult your gynecologist in this
