#asktheexpert I had gain lot of weight after my delivery. now what should u do to get Back to my original shape

A. To reduce weight after delivery, include protein and fiber rich foods in the diet and keep yourself well hydrated. Restrict intake of foods like sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat items. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jumping, jogging, skipping, brisk walking, breathing and Yogasanas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning daily.
