#asktheexpert I had c section a year ago...will u plsss suggest me something to loose weight...I have a lot of swelling all over my body...plsss help

If You are swelling all over your body then you will have to first see as to what is the reason behind the swelling that you are having and after that you should go ahead with proper workout and diet that’s going to help in losing down your weight in a proportionate manner
