if you have headache it can be because of different reasons such as maybe because of the cold saccha sinus, also can be migraine ( which has different varieties because of stress because of hunger or because of lack of sleep or different reasons)
have lots of water and take rest in a dark room and avoid watching mobile or TV. also if required you can paracetamol 500 mg 1 tablet.
headache will go away by itself with few hours
